We are NOVA ET VETERA, a startup that transforms old apartments into modern homes. Since 2020, we have renovated and sold over 300 apartments with a total value exceeding CZK 2 billion. Our name, which translates to "new and old," perfectly reflects our mission—to breathe new life into old spaces. Our approach has earned recognition in media outlets like Forbes, E15, and CzechCrunch.
Our story began with two classmates turning a single renovation into a company that is now one of the largest suppliers of refurbished apartments in the Czech Republic. Our vision is to provide high-quality housing based on a sustainable and fair approach. Thanks to advanced technologies, we adapt each apartment to modern trends and customer needs—from kitchen design to material selection.
Our success is supported by strong financial partners. We combine bank financing from UniCredit Bank with venture debt from Orbit Capital. Our work is also covered by liability insurance with Direct Insurance Company, ensuring security and peace of mind throughout each project.
