Carefree purchase of an apartment

Purchasing an apartment in the Chodska 28 project is a clear and straightforward process that we’ll guide you through step by step. Everything takes place under transparent conditions and with attention to individual client needs.

Upon request, we will gladly assist you with legal advice and financing arrangements.

Below are the standard payment terms:

A reservation deposit of 10% of the purchase price is paid upon signing the reservation agreement, valid for 30 days.

A second payment of 10% of the total purchase price is due upon signing the future purchase agreement within the reservation period.

The remaining 80% of the purchase price is paid upon project completion and signing of the purchase agreement.
